Donations Pour in from Other Personal Injury Trial Lawyers

Despite portraying himself as (and resembling) The Beaver, Max Hyde is a trial lawyer.

And it’s interesting that he’s made the following campaign commitment:

SAYING NO TO SPECIAL INTERESTS
Max has pledged not to accept any contributions from political action committees (PACs) or Special Interest Groups when legislation impacting these industries is being debated before the General Assembly.

The Special Interests have a grip on our elected officials. Max’s special interest will be the people.

Hmm. Okay. Why is it that personal injury trial lawyers are pouring their cash into your race? Could it be that they want something in return? Most people call that a special interest group. Here’s a sampling of donations:

Wait. That Chris Hart? Why the heck is a liberal Democrat legislator giving money to a supposedly “conservative Republican“? It can only be one thing- personal injury lawyers must look out for their own and protect their cash cow.
